Recipe Tips:

  • Chill the Ingredients Well: Make sure to refrigerate the cucumber-lime mixture for at least 2 hours. The colder it is, the more refreshing and delicious your martini will be.
  • Use Fresh Herbs: Fresh mint and dill make a huge difference in flavor. Don’t skip them! They add a bright, aromatic taste that elevates the drink.
  • Strain Well: When shaking the martini, be sure to strain the mixture well to avoid any pulp or seeds in your drink, giving it a smooth texture.
  • Adjust the Sweetness: If you like your drink sweeter, feel free to add a bit more Simple Syrup. Start with 3/4 cup and adjust to taste.
  • Keep the Cucumber Slices Cold: When serving, make sure to keep the cucumber slices chilled. This will help keep your martini cool and crisp while you enjoy it!

How To Store Leftovers?

Let any leftover Cucumber Lime Martini cool down to room temperature first. Once cooled, pour it into a sealed container and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days. Be sure to shake it well before serving again.
