Recipe Tips:

  • Use Fresh Ingredients: Fresh mint and limes make a big difference in flavor. Avoid using bottled lime juice for the best taste.
  • Muddle Gently: When muddling the mint and lime, don’t mash them too hard. A gentle muddle releases the right amount of flavor without bitterness.
  • Adjust Sweetness: If you like your drink sweeter, add more Lime-Mint Syrup. You can taste it as you go to get it just right.
  • Chill Everything: For a colder, more refreshing drink, chill your syrup, rum, and glasses beforehand.
  • Customize Garnishes: Feel free to add extra lime wedges or mint sprigs to your glass for a fun presentation. You can even add a slice of cucumber for extra freshness.

How To Store Leftovers?

Let the leftover Mojito Limeade cool down to room temperature, then store it in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 day.
